Eurico De Jesus excluded from TCR China R2

The MacPro Racing Honda Civic of Eurico De Jesus was excluded from today’s Race 2 at Shanghai International Circuit.
De Jesus – who had replaced Henry Ho after the latter’s victory in Race 1 – had finished sixth overall and second in TCR China behind the TeamWork Motorsport Volkswagen Golf GTI of Alex Hui.
The Honda was found not in compliance with the ride height during the technical checks.
The exclusion means that the Honda #88 lost the 12 points scored for the second place and its leading margin in the standings over the TeamWork Motorsport Golf of Alex Hui and Sunny Wong was cut to just two points.
