Halder on top at the end of the Oschersleben test

After the Hyundai domination in the first day of the ADAC TCR Germany official test at Motorsport Arena Oschersleben, today the fastest lap was clocked by Mike Halder’s Honda Civic Type R.
The times were consistently improved compared to yesterday. Guest driver Luca Engstler, the fastest in Day 1 with 1:31.227, topped the first two sessions with laps of 1:31.131 and 1:30.795 at the wheel of his Hyundai i30 N.
However, Halder who was only the sixth fastest yesterday, was also able to complete a lap under the 1:31 mark and ranked second in the second session with the time of 1:30.820.
Eventually, the Team ADAC Sachsen driver improved further in the third session of the day and clocked a lap of 1:30.703 that was the fastest over the two days.
The reigning champion Harald Proczyk improved his D1’s time by one second to be the third fastest of the day in the HP International Hyundai.
The rest of the field remained above the 1:32 mark. Anti Buri was the fastest of the Audi drivers (1:32.256), while young Thai Mitchell Cheah topped the group in the Volkswagen cars (1:32.264).
