Stefano Comini joins TCR Italy at Imola

Former TCR International Series double champion Stefano Comini makes his first racing appearance during the current season in the TCR Italy’s event at Imola.
Comini shares a Honda Civic FK2 run by his own team Race Republic with Luca Segù. This participation also marks Segù’s debut in the championship, although he has already proved competitive in the TCR DSG Endurance championship.
Comini has made his ambitions clear from the very start, setting the third fastest lap in the first Free Practice session at Imola. The Swiss driver clocked the time of 1:54.169 that was only a bit slower compared to Igor Stefanovski’s 1:53.972 and Jacopo Guidetti’s 1:54.112.
