Sugo is the stage for TCR Japan’s second event

Five weeks after its inaugural event at Autopolis, TCR Japan returns into action at Sugo Sportsland.
Matthew Howson of KCMG and Yu Kanamaru of Team Goh Models are currently on top of the standings with their Honda Civic cars after sharing race victories at Autopolis. Howson leads from Kanamaru by 6 points.
The event in Sugo will give the other teams an opportunity to strike back. Beginning with Takuro Shinohara in the Audi RS 3 LMS run by Hitotsuyama Racing who finished second in Autopolis' Race 1 and set pole position for Race 2 before being stopped by a technical issue.
Other drivers who are aiming for brilliant results are Takeshi Matsumoto (Team Wakayama) and Shogo Mitsuyama (Team Green Brave) who are both driving Volkswagen Golf GTI cars.
