Wall Racing confirm D’Alberto and Martin for 2021

Wall Racing will retain Tony D’Alberto and John Martin for driving the team’s Honda Civic Type R cars in the 2021 TCR Australia campaign.
D’Alberto was the runner up in the championship’s inaugural season in 2019. 
“All the frustrations of 2020 seem far behind us now and we are full steam ahead into preparations for next year,” he said. “I feel blessed that Honda and Wall Racing are also very keen to pick up where we left off. It’s such an exciting category with a huge potential here in Australia, and as we’ve seen around the world in other TCR classes, the Honda remains one of the cars to beat. Of course, we want to go one better than last year, but after a year like 2020, just getting on the track will feel like a win!”

His teammate Martin ranked eighth in the 2019 championship and was able to score one race win at The Bend,
“This year was a major disappointment, but it has made us even more hungry to get back in for 2021,” said Martin. “I’m very happy to be back with Wall Racing and Honda. We feel that the Civic will be an even more competitive product this year. If the WTCR results and speed are anything to go by, plus the work that Wall Racing has done locally, then I feel we are in for a competitive year. And I can’t wait to get back in. We had a couple of tests at Sydney Motorsport Park and Wakefield Park, but they feel like forever ago. We just want to race...”
