Will Beech in TCR UK Gen 1 Cup with Capture Motorsport

Capture Motorsport will return to TCR UK for 2024, after two years away, as Team Owner Will Beech will bring the Volkswagen brand back to the series.

Previously running Jack Depper’s Volkswagen Golf GTI during the first half of the 2022 season, Beech takes over the driving duties in the Golf GTI. 

As well as making his debut in TCR UK, Beech is also eligible to compete in the Gen 1 Cup for older TCR cars. 

“After racing in Endurance events for the last few seasons, I decided that I needed a new challenge and a change. So, for 2024 I’ve decided to enter TCR UK with the Golf and take on the challenge of sprint racing,”Beech said. “The championship has moved on a lot since Capture Motorsport were last involved and it's great to see TCR UK with such a competitive field as the organisers take the next steps forward. I can’t wait to get out there and show off the Golf in its new colours!”
