Wimmer Werk with four CUPRA cars in TCR Italy

Austria-based Wimmer Werk Motorsport confirmed its plan to compete in the TCR Italy championship once again.
After taking part last year with two CUPRA DSG cars for Günter Benninger and Peter Gross, the team will add another pair of the Spanish cars for the 2019 campaign.
Benninger and Gross will be joined by Christian Voithofer in a third CUPRA DSG and they will all compete for the AM Trophy as well.
The team’s line up will be completed by the 29-year old team principal Felix Wimmer who will race in a CUPRA fitted with a sequential gearbox.
