Costas Papantonis wins twice in TCR class at Dubai

The second event of the United Arab Emirates Procar Championship took place Saturday at the Dubai Autodrome.
Once again Mouhritsa Racing drivers Costas Papantonis and Alexandros Annivas were the only competitors in the TCR class and they finished third and fourth overall – behind two GT cars – in both races at the wheel of their CUPRA cars run by Dragon Racing.
They ran together for most of the races, but eventually the more experienced Papantonis took advantage from the lapping of slower cars to outdistance Annivas.
The series will resume next week for rounds five and six, again at Dubai.
