Damiano Reduzzi will join TCR Europe in Monza

TCR Italy race winner Damiano Reduzzi will make his first appearance in the TCR Europe championship on the occasion of the next event at Monza on September 24/26.
Reduzzi will be at the wheel of a Hyundai i30 N run by the Trico WRT team.
The 43-year-old Italian began his motorsport career in rally at the age of 20.

“I took some good results and stepped up in the categories, but I have always preferred rallies on asphalt, and the logical consequence was a switch to circuit racing. I looked at TCR and thought it was the way to go. We took part in three events of TCR Italy in 2019 and that was the beginning of the Trico WRT TCR programme,”explained Reduzzi.

Last year, Reduzzi claimed his maiden wins in TCR Italy at Mugello and Monza, finishing sixth overall in the championship despite missing two events due to professional commitments.
