Isidro Callejas adds TCR Spain programme to TCR Europe

TCR Europe regular Isidro Callejas will take part in selected events of the new TCR Spain series.
Last year, after clinching the Renault Clio Cup Spain’s Junior title, the 16-year-old Spaniard made his Touring Car debut in the final round of the TCR Ibérico series at Jerez de la Frontera. Driving a Peugeot 308 for Chefo Sport, he finished fifth and fourth in the two races.
For the current season he has signed with Brutal Fish Racing Team and races a Honda Civic Type R in the TCR Europe series; his best result so far was a seventh place at the Slovakia Ring.
In addition to this programme, Callejas will return at the wheel of a Chefo Sport Peugeot 308 for three events of TCR Spain at Jarama, Valencia and Barcelona.
“I’m very pleased to add three events of TCR Spain to my programme in TCR Europe. I believe that TCR Spain will enjoy a lot of success in the near future,” Callejas said.
