MM Motorsport signs Mugelli and Nicoli

The MM Motorsport team has completed its three-car line-up for the 2018 TCR Italy Championship with the arrival of Massimiliano Mugelli and Lorenzo Nicoli alongside the already confirmed Davide Nardilli.
Continuing its long standing partnership with JAS Motorsport, the team will run three Honda Civic cars; Nicoli and Nardilli will both drive the 2017 FK2 model, while a brand new FK7 will be entrusted to Mugelli who was a TCR Italy race winner and title contender last year.

“We are really pleased with our line-up. All our three drivers have already proved that they are fast. We have just completed a two-day test at Adria with Mugelli in the new Civic and I have to say that he was very impressive in terms of lap times. It was also important because we had the opportunity to test the new control tyre and start working on the set-up,” commented team principal Emanuele Alborghetti.
