Riccardo Romagnoli with Proteam in TCR Italy

Riccardo Romagnoli will join the TCR Italy championship at the wheel of a Volkswagen Golf GTI DSG entered by Proteam Race.
“I’m especially happy to welcome Romagnoli back in the team after twenty-two years,” said principal Valmiro Presenzini. “He had been one of my first drivers when I launched the team, back in 1988. We have all the motivations we need to be competitive.”
Romagnoli tested the Golf TCR at Magione and said: “We have completed four sessions and set good lap times. I knew the team and found myself at ease with the car. It’s fun to drive, a real Touring Car! I really hope to be able to fight for the top positions.”
