Robin Jahr joins ADAC TCR Germany with a Hyundai i30 N

The ADAC TCR Germany will get another new entry in the 2021 season: the 30-year-old Robin Jahr will join with a Hyundai i30 N run by Roja Motorsport.

“I expect that the starting field in the ADAC TCR Germany will be very strong again. As a rule, the drivers in the TCR are very experienced. The first year is easy for us to gain experience in making it into the championship. Where we will position ourselves in the starting field, cannot currently be assessed at all. We have to gain a foothold first, as a driver I have to learn a lot, we have to learn a lot with the car. Then maybe in the middle of the season you can start talking about where we want to position ourselves," Jahr explained.

“It will be a bit like a family business, we have many Hyundai mechanics from our company with us. The ‘voice in my ear’ who looks after the vehicle, a bit as Team Manager at the racetrack is Max Schumann. He and his family are very experienced. He has been with me every step of the way. He is always by my side and makes sure that I do the right thing."
