The drivers of the TCR International Series attended the briefing at the eve of the inaugural event that will take place in Sepang within the F1 Malaysia Grand Prix.
Race director Marc Duez informed the drivers about all the different procedures, assisted by the Stewards of the meeting: Daniel Fausel, Yves Bacquelaine and Rosland Kamaruddin.
Then WSC CEO Marcello Lotti addressed a brief welcome speech: “Thank you for following us in this new and exciting adventure. I know that you are all here because you want to fight for victory, but I also recommend you not to exaggerate on the track. This is the first ever TCR race meeting, a lot of people is watching at us and we wish to deliver a good show!”
