TCR Eastern Europe and VLN cancel first races

TCR Eastern Europe and the VLN Nürburgring Langstrecken Series are the latest TCR-sanctioned series forced to cancel their events due to the COVID-19.
The promoter of the TCR Eastern Europe series has cancelled the season opener at the Hungaroring that was schedule on April 18/19. Now the championship should kick off at the Red Bull Ring on May 15/17.
Both the first two rounds of the VLN – the 66. ADAC Westfalenfahrt (21 March) and the 45. DMV 4-Stunden-Rennen (4 April) – will not take place in compliance with the ban issued by the Rhineland-Palatinate government for the events with more than 75 participants that will be in force until the Easter Weekend.
