TCR Russia’s opening event at Sochi was cancelled

Another event that has been cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic is the season’s opener of TCR Russia.
The championship was due to start at Sochi Autodrom on May 8/10, but Russia’s National Sporting Authority RAF gave instruction to cancel all motorsports meetings.
Therefore, the 2020 TCR Russia should now kick off at the new Igora Drive in St. Petersburg on May 29/31, unless different instructions from the RAF will be given.
