The TCR Japan championship returns to Motegi

TCR Japan returns to Motegi Twin Ring, fifty days after the previous event of the season, when 'Hirobon' (Birth Racing Project, CUPRA) and Yuki Fujii (Team Hitotsuyama, Audi RS 3 LMS) shared victories.
'Hirobon' has built a healthy lead in the standings of both the Saturday and the Sunday series and Masanobu Kato (Team Mars, Audi RS 3 LMS) appears the only driver who could prevent him from securing both titles this weekend, before the season finale at Suzuka.
At Motegi, the championship welcomes back a couple of returnees who competed last year: Resshu Shioya in the Team G/Motion Honda Civic Type R and Jun Makino who replaces Keiichi Inoue in the Nilzz Racing Audi.
Lady driver Anna Inotsume, with experience in the Super Taikyu and the Asian Le Mans series, will make her first apperace in the championship with a Dome Racing Honda Civic.
The races will be streamed live at www.tcr-series.com; Race 1, Saturday at 11:55 local time (04:55 CEST) and Race 2, Sunday at 10:05 (03:05 CEST).
